The food was delicious and was served in a timely fashion. I would definitely return to Brio at Fair Oaks Mall. It was not worth the wait, the food tasted poor and it was way too loud.
The restaurant did a special Homecoming Menu which made the kids feel very special. Saturday lunch was very nice. The soup and salad combo was very good as was the pasta dish my friend had. The only problem with eating on a Saturday at Brio is that they do not have the regular two-course luncheon specials which is disappointing. Awesome bartender, manager and wait staff! Thank you for honoring our military! Wait staff most accommodating.
Service was spaced to allow for tapas, cocktails, conversation and diming without constant interruptions, but available to answer needs when presented. Our server, Julius, went out of his way to make our evening an enjoyable occasion. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Alex and Amorah are exceptional, 6 Stsrs all the way. It was a busy night and we had an issue with one of the meals. The manager, Amirah came over right away and took care of the problem.
She was courteous, apologetic, and went above and beyond to make everything right. Because of her and the way she handled our problem we will be back! The pasta is consistently stale here it makes the whole meal taste gross. Smiles are showered on you from the moment you walk in till the moment you leave. And the portions are hearty.
The chefs selection for dessert is a treat. We just had a wonderful dinner experience. The staff was excellent, if we could rate this experience 6 Stars we would. Just completely love it here. We had a wonderful time at Brio. The food was excellent from the appetizers through to the dessert. Our waiter and his trainee were absolutely on top of things throughout the whole meal.
We never had to look for either of them to ask for additional items like bread, water or tea. The meal was excellent from the steaks to the seafood. Because of our group 8people , we were seated in the left front close to the kitchen and service area.
At times, it became rather noisy. Other than that, the food was good, the service excellent and we had a good time. This is a very nice restaurant--the food and service are very good. Their lunch special is a great value. Always good food, good vibes and good service! Highly recommend the lamb chops! A great place to bring family and friends. Great service and value! Always a great experience at Brio! I love Brio but this night there were fruit flies everywhere and the staff was just ignoring them.
Not that they could have done anything about them, but to not acknowledge that we were fighting bugs at our dinner table was not the right approach in my view. To be fair to Brio, these are a problem everywhere this year, due to all the rain we've gotten, I guess.
I even had them in my house, but still it was annoying. Our party all enjoyed their meals. Would definitely come again! Another meal meal at Brio at Fair Oaks. Every few months I have lunch with a friend and professional colleague and we always choose this Brio. The service was just perfect, from hostesses to server throughout.
I enjoyed one of my favorite dishes, the Kale Caesar Salad, with added salmon. The salad is very tasty and the salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly. There was a lot of conversation because part of the lunch was to discuss professional matters, but the server, while providing great service, kept her interruptions to a minimum.
In short, Brio Fair Oaks provided a perfect setting for our lunch. A welcoming restaurant; friendly, helpful greeters and waiters. Excellent food and service. It is a place that comes to mind on where to go; we have celebrated graduations, birthdays, and anniversaries here. The location is good and the outdoor seating area always adds to the ambience.
The ambience was very pleasant and teh service was fast. Our home away from home! I went for my 21st birthday dinner and the food was amazing! I loved the shrimp and lobster fettuccine! I will definitely be back for more. Wonderful vacation dinner for two. Seated immediately on arrival, service and food were excellent. Because of the delay in that entree we all treated to a dessert tasting selection that was complementary.
Noise levels were great for conversatio at our table-very efficient professional staff! Had the same dish on Sunday that we had 2 weeks before on Wednesday. It was no where near as good. It is located at the intersection of Interstate 66 and U.
